Giant Seahorse Urn. Size measures aprx 29" tall x 27" wide x 14" depth. This Giant Seahorse Urn is handmade using a coil technique and free form hand sculpting. The Urn is formed from the layering of multiple "coils" or ropes of clay. The Seahorses are then added and hand carved with specialized tools.
This Urn is Particularly difficult to make because or the narrow bottom and wide top. This Urn come in two sizes (see photos for size comparison).
The glazes used are lead free. Artwork is completely hand built in NC.
